RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must be:
- In its original condition, unworn and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at estelle@resident-angel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you shipping instructions within 48 hours.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at estelle@resident-angel.com with photos of the product. We will cover return shipping costs and proceed with an exchange or full refund.
