We do everything we can to ensure your jewelry reaches you quickly and in perfect condition.

Processing Times
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (launches, holidays, etc.), a slight additional delay may apply.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard delivery (France and Europe): 3 to 7 business days
- International delivery: 5 to 15 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on carriers and destination.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the delivery location and chosen method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.
